Need eduroam for a different device?

How to install eduroam for Windows 10 and 11

  1. Ensure that you have internet connectivity (either wired or Wifi e.g. UHWifi)
  2. Remove any existing eduroam profile (if you have one): Start > Settings > Network & Internet > WiFi > Manage known networks > eduroam > Remove
  3. Open the eduroam Windows 10 and 11 installer
  4. Enter your ab24cde@herts.ac.uk username and password
  5. Connect to eduroam Wifi

Having difficulties connecting?

We offer UHWifi for devices that do not support eduroam
